Thank you to all the community members who <br />attended! <br />Parks and Recreation Updates <br />A Special Thank You <br />Art in the Park has wrapped up its pilot season. Art in the Park debuted in <br />July at the Music in the Park event at Thunder Bay/Westwinds Park. <br />From there the art traveled around the City of Little Canada’s parks. The <br />showing concluded at Canadian Days. Art in the Park is a display of yard <br />signs with artwork from local artists from the Roseville Area High School <br />Art Club. Thank you to our talented artists, Clara Calgren, Ollie <br />Hueschele, and Malia Tombaga. <br />Art in the Park <br />Welcome Emelie <br />Please welcome the City of Little Canada’s New Recreation Coordinator, <br />Emelie Lindabaur. Emelie graduated from the University of Minnesota- <br />Twin Cities with a degree in Family Social Science. Emelie has experience <br />working in parks and recreation, school age childcare, and job exploration <br />with the disability community. Emelie began working for the city at the <br />end of June. She has plans to make Little Canada Parks and Recreation <br />more inclusive and accessible to all. Be sure to say hello and introduce <br />yourself to Emelie, you can find her every Monday at the Little Canada <br />Farmers Market!
