Maximum Height: 15 feet in a residential district <br />B. Minimum Setbacks <br />1. From the front parcel line: No closer than the front façade of the house. One Little <br />Free Library is allowed in the front yard. <br />2. From the principal building on the same lot: 10 feet <br />3. From a side or rear parcel line: 5 feet. <br />4. No accessory building shall be located in a public drainage, utility or access <br />easement.
