MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />APRIL 11, 2024 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />2 <br />The Community Development Director explained the process that would be followed, noting that <br />a new home placed on the new lot would need to follow the stormwater management practices <br />and requirements. <br /> <br />Commissioner Thorson asked and received confirmation the there is a holding pond north of the <br />proposed new lot. <br /> <br /> Masrud introduced the following motion: <br /> <br />RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION, LOT LINE <br />ADJUSTMENT LOCATED AT 3010 VANDERBIE STREET FOR PARCEL ID <br />NUMBER 05-29-22-21-0019 <br /> <br /> The foregoing motion was duly seconded by Kulousek. <br /> Ayes (6). Nays (0). Motion passed. <br /> <br />MINOR SUBDIVISION – LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT – 99 SOUTH OWASSO <br />BOULEVARD – CASE #1430 <br />The Community Development Director presented a request for a minor subdivision/lot line <br />request for the commercial property at 99 South Owasso Boulevard. She provided background <br />information on the property and request. She reviewed the minor subdivision requirements and <br />related zoning requirements, noting that the request does meet all requirements. She stated that <br />the City Council will hold a public hearing at its April 24th meeting and asked that the <br />Commission provide a recommendation. <br /> <br />Rick Schreier, applicant, provided clarification on the property lines compared to what was <br />shown in the presentation. <br /> <br />Chair Johnson commented that she is excited to see some activity as she would like to see the <br />site developed. <br /> <br />Mr. Schreier commented that he does have something in the works but cannot disclose the <br />potential use yet. <br /> <br /> Lum introduced the following motion: <br /> <br />RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION, LOT LINE <br />ADJUSTMENT LOCATED AT 99 SOUTH OWASSO BOULEVARD, PARCEL ID <br />NUMBER 06-29-22-22-0008 <br /> <br /> The foregoing motion was duly seconded by Haluptzok. <br /> Ayes (6).
