MINUTES <br />PARKS & REC COMMISSION <br />JANUARY 4, 2024 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />4 <br />move to the City Council as that would ultimately be a policy decision. He agreed that art in the <br />park could be a great subcommittee opportunity to develop something that could be implemented <br />this year. <br /> <br />Commissioner Owens stated that he has enjoyed the trails during the last month and has noticed <br />a lot of others enjoying them as well.
