Resolution No. <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR AGGREGATF, <br />MATERIAL STOCKPILING AND RECYCLINC> IN THE TOWN OF EUREKA <br />proposed the following resolution to the City Council: <br />WHEREAS, Fra-Dor, Inc. applied for an Interim Use Permit allowing an aggregate <br />materials stockpiling and recycling use within the I-2 Zoning District under the terms of <br />City Code Section 914A.030; <br />WHEREAS, the permit applies to the following property: <br />Parcel No. 31-30-22-43-0009: Part Westerly of Country Drive of the North 3.26 acres <br />of Lot 64, Vadnais Lake Villas. <br />Parcel No. 31-30-22-43-0010: Part Westerly of Counhy Drive of the South 3.26 acres <br />of Lot 64, Vadnais Lake Villas. <br />Parcel No. 06-29-22-12-0001: Except the South 280.5 feet; the West 424 feet of the <br />Northwest''/4 of the Northwest''/4 of the Northeast''/4 (subject to easements) of Section <br />6, 'T'ownship 29, Range 22. <br />WHEREAS, the applicant holds a current Interim Use Permit allowing the same use <br />sought in the current application, under which the applicant maintains the plans and <br />securities required of this type of land use under City Code; <br />WHEREAS, the applicant's use under its existing permit has complied with the <br />requirements of that permit and of City Code for the 10-year term of the permit; <br />WI-IEREAS, the current Interim Use Permit is due to expire on September 30, 2009, and <br />the applicant must obtain a new Interim Use Permit in order to continue the land use; <br />WHF,REAS, the applicant has complied with the requirements of City Code Chapter 921 <br />by supplying information to the City in support of the application; <br />WHF,REAS, the Planning Commission held a properly noticed public hearing upon the <br />application ou October 9, 2008 and recommends approval of the Interim Use Permit with <br />appropriate conditions; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the application for an Interim Use Permit, <br />considering the reports and recommendations of the Planning Commission and City <br />Planner, and the comments and records gathered during the permit review process; <br />
