January 4, 2024 <br />Jared Ackmann <br />Reuter Walton <br />4450 Excelsior Blvd, Suite 400 <br />St. Louis Park, MN 55416 <br />Nicole Maras, Permit Coordinator <br />Reuter Walton Rice-Demont Apartments 24-04 <br />On 1/3/2024 the Board of Managers of the Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed <br />District reviewed your application for the above-described project. A motion was <br />duly made, seconded and passed approving this project providing that the <br />provisions of the permit are met. Your Watershed District permit is being withheld <br />until the project plans are revised to incorporate all special provisions of the <br />permit. <br />Please contact Nicole Maras at 651-792-7976 or nicole.maras@rwmwd.org if you <br />have any questions regarding these provisions. <br />SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br />1. The applicant shall submit the $17,000 escrow fee. <br />2. The applicant shall add notes to the plans: <br /> A. Provide best practices for construction of the proposed stormwater facilities. <br /> B. "Notify Nicole Maras, Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District, at 651-792- <br />7976 prior to beginning construction activity to schedule an initial erosion control <br />inspection." <br /> C. "Notify Nicole Maras, Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District, at 651-792- <br />7976 at least 48 hours prior to construction of the proposed stormwater system." <br /> D. "The proposed erosion and sediment control practices are the minimum. <br />Additional practices may be required during the course of construction." <br />3. The applicant shall label the 100-year High Water Level for the stormwater <br />system on Sheet C5.0. <br />4. The applicant shall submit a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). <br />5. The applicant shall submit contact information for the trained erosion control <br />coordinator responsible for implementing the SWPPP. <br />6. The applicant shall submit the final, signed plans set. <br />7. The applicant shall submit the executed stormwater maintenance agreement. <br />To: <br />From: <br />Re:
