MINUTES City Council November 12, '1980 Change In The City Clerk reported that veterinarians will not innoculate a dog Dog License until it is six months of age. Therefore, the City's ordinance should Requirement be changed so that dogs will not have to be registered until they are six months of age. The City's ordinance presently requires dogs to be registered at three months of age. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 80-11-445 - CHANGING THE DOG LICENSE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT TFIAl' DOGS BE REGISTERED AT SIX MONTHS OF AGE RATHER THAN THREE MONTHS OF AGE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. Ayes (5) Fahey, Hanson, Scalze, Nadeau, DeBace. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 286. Tree Bids Mr. Nadeau introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 80-11-446 - CALLING FOR BIDS FOR TREE REMOVAL FOR 1981 The foregoigg resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. Approval Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Of The Vouchers RESOLUTION NO. 80-11-447 - APPROVING THE PAYMENT OF THE VOUCHERS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. Twin Lake Councilman DeBace reported that Blaine Edmundson, the developer of Trail Twin Lake Trail, must dedicate a 40 foot easement to the City before his plat can be approved. DeBace recommended that the City accept this easement. Page -20-
