MINUTES <br />City Council <br />January 28, 1981 <br />The Planner stated that it was his suggestion that if a property met <br />70% ofi the area requirement it could be considered for a variance as <br />long as setbacks coulcl be met. The Planner suggested that the Council <br />should decide the smallest lot that a house could be built on. <br />The P7anner stated that if setbacks are met, the City has accomplished <br />what the 11,000 foot area requirement intended to do. <br />~1r. Fahey stated that the Planning Commission should take ~ look at this <br />whole area.
