MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />March 11, 19~1 <br />The Planner indicated that the Frattalone plans need the [ngineer's <br />approval regarding the drainage and grading. Fllso need the Engineer's <br />recommendation on the type of fence. <br />Mr. Frattalone informed the Council that the fence he has indicated <br />on the p7an would be the least he would insta1l. It would be, in <br />all probability, better than what is indicated on the plan. Fratta1one <br />was considering screening with some plantings. Mr. Frattalone explained <br />the building he is proposing to build. He a1so indicated that the <br />bui1ding would not have a sprinkler system. The building would be <br />constructed of concrete and metal. <br />Mr. fahey indicated that the Council should require a f5ve foot curb on the <br />east side of the building. <br />Fahey also indicated that the Planner and Engineer should give their <br />recommendations to the Council at the April 8 meeting as to the <br />bond ~mounts for the road and landscap9ng and the drainage of the area. <br />Mrs. Sca1ze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-3-11~ - APPROVIMG BUILDING PLANS AS SUBMITTED <br />BY MR. FRANK FRATTALONE CONTINGENT UPON HTS INCLUDI~lG FIVE-FOOT <br />CURBING STOPS ON THE EAST SIDE OF HIS PROPOSED BUILDING FlND TFIAT <br />SUFFICIENT BONDS BE POSTED FOR LANDSCAPING AND ROADS, THE FlMOUNT <br />OF WHTCFI WTLL QE SET QY THF CITY PLFlNNER FlND CITY ENGINEER <br />7he foregoing reso7ution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />qyes (5) Scalze, forsberg, Nardini, Hanson, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 74. <br />The Planner indicated that a public hearing will have to be ca1led for <br />the conditional use permit for Mr. Fratta7one for open and outdoor <br />storage. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION M0. 81-3-115 - CFlLLING FOR A PUQLIC HEARING ON <br />APRIL 8, 1981 TO REVIEW THE REQUEST OF MR. FRANK FRFlTTALONE <br />FOR A CONDITIONFlL USE PERMIT FOR OPEN AND OUTDOOR STORFl6E ON <br />HIS PROPERTY ON SPRUCE STREET <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />qyes (5) Scalze, Forsberg, Fahey, Nardini, Hanson. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book ~lo. 7, Page 75. <br />Page -10- <br />
