MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />April B, 1981 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />I{yes (4) Forsberg, Hanson, Nardini, Scalze. <br />Nayes (1) Fahey. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 116. <br />Cleaning Of Mrs. Nardini asked the status of the cleaning of the ditch running <br />County Road from County Road B-2 to the pond. The Engineer stated that he would <br />B-2 bring these plans in at the next Council meeting. <br />Tour Of Mrs. Nardini asked if the Council was going to tour the C9ty prior <br />The City to Free Dump Day. <br /> Mayor Hanson stated that he would do a tour and ask those property <br /> owners with problems with debree in their yards to c7ean them up. <br />Schrier Council decided that they would have a meeting with Mr. Schrier to <br />Property discuss plans for the deve7opment of his property on April 29. <br />Costa Mrs. Nardini asked the City Engineer how he is proceeding on the <br />Situation Jenny Costa matter. The Engineer stated that he would have a <br />presentation on this at the Flpril 22 Council meeting. <br />St. Jude's Mrs. Nardini asked the Engineer if he had drainage plans for St, <br />Jude's. The Engineer replied that he did and he would send them <br />to her. <br />City Mrs. Scalze asked the City Clerk to have Mr. McNamara of the McNamara <br />Insurance Insurance Agency look into the possibility of the City's liability in <br />Tennis using the tennis courts at the Little Canada Day Car Center. <br />Courts <br />Secretary's Mayor Nanson reminded the Council that Wednesday, April 22, is <br />Day Nationa1 Secretary's Day. <br />Adjourn Mr. Nanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0.
