MINUTES <br />City Counci1 <br />May 27> 1981 <br />The State Fire Marshal7 has submitted a report to the Council outlining <br />recommendations regarding Hoggsbreath. Council felt that the issuance <br />of the Floggsbreath liquor license should be contingent upon these <br />recommendations being complied with. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-5-264 - REQUIRING THAT AS A CONDITTON OF THE <br />ISSUANCE Of THE LIQUOR LICENSE TO HOGGSBREATH, THFlT HOGGSBREFlTH <br />COMPLY WITH TNE RECOMMENDA7IONS OF THE ST~TE FIRE MARSHALL <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconde~ by Mr. forsberg. <br />qyes (5) Fahey, Forsberg, Hanson, Nardini, Scalze. <br />Nayes (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 194. <br />Cancellation <br />Of Flnimal The City has been notified that the Town of White Bear is cancelling <br />Control their animal control contract with the City, <br />Contract <br />It was noted that Mr. Thomas Angley, who recently resigned as ths Animal <br />Control Officer for the Town of White Bear, may be interested in contracting <br />directly with Little Canada for this service. <br />P~rs. Scalze stated that Mr. Angley wi11 probab7y contact the City regarding <br />this matter. <br />Lake The City of Maplewood has invited the City Clerk to attend a meeting regarding <br />Overflow Phalen overftow. This meeting will be held at Maplewood on May 28th. <br />Meeting <br />Mrs. Nardini inquired how the figures for lake overflow cost distribution <br />were arrived at. Mrs. Scalze stated that she thought impervious surface <br />was a consideration in these figures. <br />Mayor Hanson instructed the City Clerk to get a determination on how these <br />figures were arrived at. <br />Emergency It was noted that the City Clerk will attend a meeting on Thursday, <br />Medical June 4, for an overview of Health Central's paramedic system in northern <br />Service Ramsey County. <br />Flpproval St. John's Church ~s requested approval of a dance permit and an on-sa1e <br />Of Dance 3.2 beer license for their picnic to be held on Flugust 1 and 2, 1981. <br />Permit & They are also requesting permission to use the snow fences and overhead <br />3.2 Beer wiring and lighting that was used at the Canadian Days Celebration, <br />Permit For <br />St. John's <br />Church <br />Page -14- <br />
