MINUTES <br />COUNCIL MEE'PING <br />JULY 22, 1981 <br />R/R LIGHTS A petition was initiated by residents using South Owasso B1vd. <br />SO. OWASSO requesting a light at the railroad crossing. <br />BLVD. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-7-379 - REQUESTING MR. ROGER GLANZER, <br />SUPERINTENDENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, TO CONTAC'P THE RAILROAD <br />TO PUT STOP 5IGNS ON THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND CLEAR THE <br />BRUSH AT THE RAILROAD CROSSING ON SOUTH OWASSO BLVD. <br />This foreqoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze, Forsberg, t~'ardini. <br />Nayes (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This Resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 260 <br />TRAIL Mr. Hanson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CONSTRUCTION adoption: <br />BID <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-7-380 - AWARDING BID FOR TRAIL <br />CONSTRUCTION IN THE PARK TO BUCK BLACKTOP IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $4,400.00. <br />This foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze, Forsberg, Nardini. <br />Nayes (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This Resolution appears in Resolution Book NO. 7, Page 260 <br />METERS The ~Council discussed the use of allowing meters to be used <br />for privaLe use. <br />Mr. Forsberg requested a study of the other cities concerning <br />the private use of City meters. ~ <br />Mr. Hanson recommended establishing a policy on the use of these <br />meters. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-7-381 - RETURNING TO THE CITY THE METER <br />USED BY MR. FETER COSTA IN ACCORDANCB WITH RESOLUTION <br />NO. 79-8-384 OF AUGUST 8~ 1979, AT WHICH TIME HE WAS <br />GRANTED USE OF CITY WATER UNTIL SEPTEMBER 10, 1979. <br />Page 10 <br />
