MINUTCS City Counci1 September 30, 1981 City Center It was the concensus of the Council to cut $800 from the P~aintenance Budget and Repair Equ~ipment portion of tYie City budget and cut $1,000 from the Furniture and Equipment portion o~ the budget. Mr. Flanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTIOPI N0. 81-9-523 - APPROVING THE CITY CENTER PORTION OF TFIE 1982 PROPOSED CITY 6UDGET IN THE ~MOUN1' OF $10,II58.00 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. ~yes (5) Hanson, Scalze, Nardini, Fahey, forsberg. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book ~lo. 7, Page 348. Park & Parl< It was the concensus of the Council to make the following changes in Commission the Park & Park Commission portion of the C~ity budget: Budget 1982 Qudgetecl Flmount Temporary Emp1oyees $3,300 Flttorney, SP 110 Engineer, SP 100 ~onst. Sv. Other C ~ S h 1,200 rav., on ., c . -0- Electric 600 Maint. Repair Eq. 600 fuel &. Lub. 8~~ Subs. & Memberships -0- Capital Outlay, Other Improvements n,000 Mrs. Scalze informed the Council that the reason for the $7,000 that was budgeted in Capital Out7ay, Other Tmprovements is that the Park Commission would like to begin to develop other parks in the City rather than Spooner Park. Mrs. ~Iardini and Mr. Forsberg fe7t that the City should hold off on park development for a year.
