MINUTCS <br />City Counci1 <br />September 30, 1981 <br />City Center It was the concensus of the Council to cut $800 from the P~aintenance <br />Budget and Repair Equ~ipment portion of tYie City budget and cut $1,000 from <br />the Furniture and Equipment portion o~ the budget. <br />Mr. Flanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIOPI N0. 81-9-523 - APPROVING THE CITY CENTER <br />PORTION OF TFIE 1982 PROPOSED CITY 6UDGET IN THE ~MOUN1' <br />OF $10,II58.00 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />~yes (5) Hanson, Scalze, Nardini, Fahey, forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book ~lo. 7, Page 348. <br />Park & Parl< It was the concensus of the Council to make the following changes in <br />Commission the Park & Park Commission portion of the C~ity budget: <br />Budget <br />1982 Qudgetecl Flmount <br />Temporary Emp1oyees $3,300 <br />Flttorney, SP 110 <br />Engineer, SP 100 <br />~onst. Sv. Other <br />C <br />~ <br />S <br />h 1,200 <br />rav., <br />on <br />., <br />c <br />. -0- <br />Electric 600 <br />Maint. Repair Eq. 600 <br />fuel &. Lub. 8~~ <br />Subs. & Memberships -0- <br />Capital Outlay, Other Improvements n,000 <br />Mrs. Scalze informed the Council that the reason for the $7,000 that <br />was budgeted in Capital Out7ay, Other Tmprovements is that the Park <br />Commission would like to begin to develop other parks in the City <br />rather than Spooner Park. Mrs. ~Iardini and Mr. Forsberg fe7t that <br />the City should hold off on park development for a year. <br />Mr. Forsberg introduced the following resolution and moveci its acloption: <br />RESQLUTIODI N0. 81-9-52~ - APPROVING THF PFlRK AND P~RK <br />CO MISSION PORTIOM OF THE. 1982 PROPOSED CITY BUDGET IN <br />THE FlP~OUNT OF $12,510.00 <br />The foregoing resolution was ~uly seconded by P~r.
