MINUTES <br />City Council <br />October 28, 1981 <br />Mr. fahey stated that he would not be in favor of the City putting in <br />the road for one developer. Fahey commented that if they want to develop <br />with City funds, they should come in as a package. <br />Mrs. Nardini commented that the Council is just establ9shing a plan. <br />Nardini commented that if they come in, the Council can fight the other <br />battles at that time. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-10-635 - APPROVING 1"FIE PLAN FOR 7HE <br />DEVELOPMENT OF TIIE PFlYNE AVENUE-ALLEN FlVENUE AREA AS <br />SUBMITTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION WITH THE FlDDITIOPI <br />OF THE SHORT SFCTION OF ALLEN AVENUE THROUGH TO <br />GREENBRIER AND SU6JECT TO TFIE RECOMMENDATTONS OF THE <br />PARK COM~~ISSION ( Plan -D-) <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Sca1ze. <br />~yes (3) Fahey, Scalze, Nardini. <br />Nayes (2) Hanson, Forsberg. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Th9s resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 412. <br />Mrs. Nardini intro~uced the following resolution and move~ its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-10-636 - DECLARING ThIFlT IF FlT A FUTURE <br />DATE IT BECOMES POSSIBLE FOR TIiE CUL DE SAC PROPOSED TO <br />END AT THE GERMAIN PROPERTY TO BECOME A THROUGH STREET <br />TO LABORE ROAD TNAT IT BE REFLECTFD IN THE PLAN FOR THE <br />DEVELOPP4ENT OF THE AREA <br />TYie foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />qyes (3) Nardini, Fahey, Sca1ze. <br />Nayes (2) Forsberg, Hanson. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution 6ook No. 7, Page 412. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-10-637 - DECLARING THAT THE PLAN FlDOPTED <br />FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TFIE ALLEN AVENUE-PAYNE AVLNUE AREA <br />BE MFlDE A PART Of TIiE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />~yes (4) Nardini, Scalze, Hanson, Fahey. <br />Nayes (1) Forsberg. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 413. <br />Ducharme The City Clerk reported that the Ducharme trailer matter was cancelled <br />Trailer as the trailer has been sold. <br />Page -12.- <br />
