Mr. <br />Forsberg states that Mrs. Breeding claims that she never got any notice. <br />P4r. Sweeney asked if the Council ~aanted the agreement between the <br />City and the trailer park to state that Mrs. ~reeding ~aould be moved <br />at such time as another space is av,ailable. <br />Mr. Forsberg also pointed out that a11 moving costs are to be borne by <br />Mr. Husnick. <br />Fahey asked if the Counci.l ~•7anted Mr. Husnick to move a trailer out of <br />the park because it is up for sale. <br />Forsberg replied that the Council resolved it so that Ftusnich gave has word <br />that the first spot that was available~ D1rs. Breeding ~aould be moved. <br />Mr. Hanson suggested that the Attorney review all available informati.on <br />and contact Mr. Husnick to see what progress has been made. <br />Mr. Sweeney suggested the Council look over the agreement and if it <br />incorporates everything sta~ed9 he will get it to r[r. klusnick for his <br />signature. <br />Emergency Mr. Forsberg reported that there is an Emergency Services Meeting he <br />Services caould like to attend. The fee for the meeting is $15.00. Mayor <br />Nleeting Hanson replied that the City would pay this cost. <br />Purchase Mr. Forsberg reported that the Utility Department has requested authori- <br />Of zation to purchase additional sandbags. <br />Sandbags <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLU'L'ION N0. N~CESSARY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />Ayes (4) Forsberg, Scalze, Hanson, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Thi.s resolution appears in Resolution Sook No. 8, Page 7l. <br />Workshop Mrs. Scalze reported that the IIuilding Inspector would like to have <br />Meeting a workshop session with the Council regarding a letter he iaould like <br />to send the School District on a£ire inspection he made. Council <br />decided to have the ~aorkshop session at 7e00 P.M. on March 10. <br />Page -20- <br />
