<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> April 28, 1982 <br /> Siren Mr, Forsberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> Bids <br /> (Cont,) RESOLUTION N0. 82-4-233 - ACCEPTING TFIE BID UF' <br /> GOPHER ELECTRONICS FOR INSTALLATION pF CIVIL <br /> D9FENSE SIRENS <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs, Nardini, <br /> Ayes (5) Forsberg, Nardini, Hanson, Scalze, Fahey, <br /> Nayes (0), <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 8, Page 179, <br /> Payment Mr. Forsberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> Of The <br /> Vouchers RESOLUTION N0, 82-4234 - APPROVING THE PAYMENT <br /> OF T ~ VOUCHERS <br /> Agenda <br /> Item No. 28 The Foregoing resolution was duly seconded by i~irs, Nardini, <br /> Ayes (5) Forsberg, Nardini, Hanson, Fahey, Scalze, <br /> Nayes (0), <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 8, Page 180. <br /> Audit Mr, Forsberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> Meeting <br /> RESOLU'ION N0, 82-4-235 CALLING F'OR AN AUDIT MEETING <br /> Agenda TO BE HELll OJ MAY 19, 1982 AT 7:00 P,M, <br /> Item No. 29 <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs, Scalze. <br /> Ayes (5) Forsberg, Scalze, Hanson, Nardini, Fahey, <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted, <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 8, Page 181, <br /> Little Canada Mr. Flanson reported that the Little Canada Snowmobile Club would <br /> Snowmobile like to donate X500 towards the erection of a power pole in Spooner <br /> Club Park, The only thing they ask is that a plaque be erected acknow- <br /> Donation ledging the donation, <br /> Non-Agenda Mr. Hanson suggested that the money be put into an escrow account <br /> Item No. 5 until there is enough money to do this. Hanson suggested that the <br /> donation be referred to the Park Commission, <br /> Mrs, Scalze asked wkao would pay for the cost of the plaque, Scalze <br /> informed the Council that when the band shelter was built in the <br /> Park the cost was about $15,000, The Lyons Club donated $5,000 <br /> towards the shelter and asked that a plaque be erected.
