MIPNTES City Council April 28, 1982 Code Mrs. Nardini asked the Council if Mr, Locke had the right to send .Enforcement letters out under the Code Endorcement Officer position immed5.ately Officer or not until June 1 when he begins full-.time employment. Mrs, Nardini stated that she felt Mr. Locke should be able to begin taking Non-Agenda care of some o£ these situations right away, Item No, 10 Mr. Fahey stated that if Mr. Locke has the time, he should do it right away. Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 82-1~-237 APPOINTING MR. ED LOCKE AS ODE ENk'ORCEMLNT Ol''P':LCER FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA IMMEDIATELY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. Ayes Nardini, Scalze9 Hanson, Fahey, Nayes (1) Forsberg. Resolution declared adopted, This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 89 Page 183. Dog Litter Mrs, Nardini asked if the newspaper has been asked to carry an article k'rob:Lem regarding the dog litter problem in the City. Mayor Hanson replied that he will take care of this, Non-Agenda Item No. 11 Neor Canada Mrs. Nardini informed the Council that she has received information Records that Mr, Erickson has records of New Canada in his possession, Non-Agenda The City Clerk commented that Mr, Erickson has turned over most of Item No, 12 the records that he had and the Clerk did not feel anytkiing Mr, Erickson might have pertained to the City, The Clerk felt that these were personal records. NIr, Fahey suggested that the City Clerk contact Mr, Erickson regarding this, Building Mr. Fahey suggested that Mrs> Nardini put together a flyer for the Inspector next sewer bills outlining the duties that will be performed by the Building Inspector.
