Mr. llubbard replied <br />that he was not aware o£ thi.s, but thought that boards could be <br />mounted on the chain l:inlc fence proposect. Mr. Pahey stated T.hat: he <br />did not thi.nk it was unreasonable for the resident to r.equest a <br />pr~.ivacy Lence. ~ <br />Mrs. Nardi.n~i aslced if a detailed landscaping plan has been submi.tted. <br />The PLanner repli.ed that he has submi.tted a report dateclPlarch 27 on <br />this project. 7'his report poi.nts out major i.tems to be incltaded in <br />Che development agreement. The Planner commented that some of: the :items <br />still needed are a detail.ed I.andscapi.ng plan with a bid, a signlge pLan, <br />building constructi.on drawi.ngs, pLus a record o£ I.and divi.sions and <br />combinati.ons. <br />The Planner stated that as Ear as he is awar.e the Ci.ty Pngineer and <br />the State ar.e worki.ng on the gradi.ng of. the ponding area and T.his <br />wi11 incl.ude the entire project. The grad:ing plan will be i.ncorpor.ated <br />i.nto the legal documents. <br />The Pianner r.eported tliat the concept is the same as originally <br />submitted except for the elimination oL buiLdin,n,s 9 and 10, <br />D1rs. Scalze reported that on Apri.1 £3, 19H1 the Counci.l. directed the <br />City Attorney to wortc on the development a~;reement. At thi.s hi.me <br />P4r. ilubbar.d stated thar he hoped Che C:ity would consi.cler the land he <br />i.s gi.vi.ng to the State for pondi.ng as hi.s par.(c charge. <br />Mr. tlubbard commented that he still does not thi.ntc ~.t i.s justified <br />~o require a pari< charf;e f.r.om hi.m in view of thi.s. <br />Pap,e -10- <br />
