Lar.ry L,ee returned to the Council meeti.ng and aslced the Cotmci.l <br />Revenue Bond what thei.r ciecisi.on was ~vi.th re~;ar.d [o :i.ndustri.al revenue bond fees. <br />Fees <br />(Cont.) The City Cl.erlc expl.ai.ned that the Counci.l actopted a$1.,000 f:ee to <br />cover the C:i.ty's ~dministration costs over the li.Ce of the bond. <br />Mr.. Pahey commented that basecl on o~hat other ci.ties are doi.n„ the <br />Counci.l dicl not feel the add:it:i.onal $1,000 Lee was excessive. <br />P4r. Forsberg i.nformed Mr. Lee that tlte resol.ut:i.on pas,ed on a 3 to 7_ <br />voCe, an<1 that he was not i.n f.avor ot an i.ncrease. <br />Mrs. Scal.ze commenCed that that i.s not the reason f4r. Mrs. Nar.di.ni <br /> comm ented that Mr. Durray has stated that he would moni.tor thi.s. <br />P4rs. Scal2e co~mnented that i.f. Porsberg <br />suggesCed that the Ci.ty I.i.mi.t the capaci.ty at: iloggsUreatk~ to the amoimt <br />of parki.n~. <br />Mrs. Nardini. stated that t:here could be people arri.vi.ng 1lonein one <br />car or many peopl.e in one car. <br />Mr. Pahey stlted that given tlle complai.nts from Rosevi.l.le and the Pire <br />Inspector's report, the Ci.ty would have a r:ight to l:i.mit khe ca~ac:i.ty as <br />Che problem is creati.n~; a public nuisance.
