Mr. }Ianson di.rected <br />the Engineer and IIu:ildi.ng "f.ns~ector to talce care of the problem< <br />Mr. Porsberp, commented that he thought the City had an easement <br />between Gars(ce's house and the lot to the south. The City Clerlc <br />replied that Mr. Garslce ~;ranted a LS foot easement in that area. <br />The C:i.ty Attorney inf.'ormed the Council that he spoke with Mr. Dobney, <br />the attorney for P4rs. P4osted, and he indicated that Mrs. Mosted is <br />in the pr.ocess oE gettinp., appraisals. <br />As Mr. Pai.sl.ey has not yet arrived at the meeting, Council deci.ded <br />to withhold discussion of the Yai_sley sewer matter unti.l Mr< Paisley <br />i.s present. <br />Di.anna Lane The City Ln~;ineer indicated that the City has received a peti.tion <br />Watermai.n for watermain on Dianna Lane. The Engineer suggested t hat the <br />Pet:iti.on Counci.l. wi.thhold action on the petiti.on until the Ci.ty receives <br /> more watermain petiti.ons <br />A~;enda <br />Item No. 19 Mr. llanson asked if L-he City ~oas getting close to being completely <br /> watered.
