Ilanson asked if this were part of a pri.vate road i.f the Ci.ty <br />caould escape li.abili.ty. 7'he C~ity Attorney repLi.ed probably not. <br />Mr. Carley stated that when GloocRyn Avenue w~s built i.t was a private <br />road and i.t was Curned over. to the C:i.ty because the o~oner wanted <br />to escape li.abili.ty for the railroad crossi.n~;. <br />@4r.
