T~oss felt <br />that the :increase was long over.due. <br />Mr. l~oss repor.ted that thr.ee to f.our months ago a committee was <br />Eor.med to stucly the type of equipment. that would be needed. 'Lhe <br />comm~i.ttee i.s r.eady to draw up pl.ans f:or. bids. 1~1r.. i3oss stated <br />that in 7.969 or 1970 an uneqaippecl ~umper cost $35,000. Today <br />tkte pri.ce is p110,000. 'Phe equipment ]1as i.ncreased ].0% i.n pr.i.ce <br />each year.
