ALLONGE ASSIGNMENT AND ENDORSEMENT <br /> <br /> <br />This Allonge Assignment and Endorsement is attached to that certain Multifamily Note <br />dated December ____, 2024, made and executed by RIDE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a <br />Minnesota limited partnership, to the CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA (“Payee”), in <br />the principal amount of $25,820,000.00 (the “Project Note”), with the same force and effect as if <br />endorsed directly upon the Project Note.
