Whenever the context requires or permits the <br />singular shall include the plural, the plural shall include the singular and the masculine, feminine <br />and neuter shall be freely interchangeable. <br />9.6 Counterparts. This instrument may be executed in any number of counterparts with the <br />same effect as if all parties hereto had signed the same document. All such counterparts shall be <br />construed together and shall constitute one instrument, but in making proof hereof it shall only be <br />necessary to produce one such counterpart. The signatures to this instrument may be executed on <br />separate pages and when attached to this instrument shall constitute one complete document. <br />9.7 Notices. Any notice, request, complaint, demand, communication or other paper required <br />or permitted to be delivered to the parties hereto shall be sufficiently given and shall be deemed <br />given (unless another form of notice shall be specifically set forth herein) on the Business Day <br />following the date on which such notice or other communication shall have been delivered to a <br />national overnight delivery service (receipt of which to be evidenced by a signed receipt from such <br />overnight delivery service) addressed to the appropriate party at the addresses set forth below or <br />as may be required or permitted by the Funding Loan Agreement by Electronic Notice.
