Applications <br />exceeding $300,000.00 in valuation shall be charged a plan review fee of 25% of the plan <br />review fee as stated on the application. <br /> <br />To complete this service period Inspectron Inc. will provide a qualified individual with the <br />proper Certifications for the respective assignment. Inspectron will in its sole discretion <br />assign the person for the service request for acceptance by City of Little Canada. <br /> <br />Mark Luostari will serve as the project coordinator, representing Inspectron, Inc. in any <br />disputes or requests for service. City of Little Canada shall notify Mark Luostari of any <br />concerns or complaints. It is the intent of this proposal to provide the service required for <br />effective code administration. <br /> <br />Fees <br />Inspectron, Inc. will provide this service for a guaranteed price of $85.00 per man hour <br />for all inspections of residential, commercial, industrial or institutional permits and plan <br />review not to exceed $300,000.00 in valuation as stated on the permit application. Permit <br />applications with a stated and verified valuation exceeding $300,000.00 shall be charged <br />at 25% of the plan review fee for plan review. <br /> <br />Term <br />This proposal shall be effective for a period of 12 months from date of acceptance. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Mark Luostari Mark Luostari; President <br />Inspectron, Inc.
