3 <br />SOURCE OF FUNDS <br />Street improvements would be funded through the City’s Infrastructure Capital Improvement Fund <br />and special assessments. Sanitary and watermain improvements would be funded through the City’s <br />Infrastructure Capital Improvement Fund. Storm sewer improvements would be funded through the <br />City’s Stormwater Utility Fund. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Resolutions receiving the Feasibility Report <br />and Call for Improvement Hearings for Nadeau Road (City Project No. 2025-PW41), Maple Leaf <br />Court (City Project No. 2025-PW79), and Stoneridge Court (City Project No. 2025-PW80) on <br />December 18, 2024 at 7:30 p.m.
