Upon the Conversion Date, Seller/Servicer shall become <br />Funding Lender Representative and upon the Freddie Mac Purchase Date, Freddie Mac <br />shall become Funding Lender Representative. Funding Lender Representative shall be <br />entitled to all the rights and privileges of Funding Lender hereunder and under the other <br />Financing Documents. <br />(b) Funding Lender Representative may provide written notice to Fiscal Agent <br />designating particular individuals or Persons authorized to execute any consent, waiver, <br />approval, direction or other instrument on behalf of Funding Lender Representative, and <br />such notice may be amended or rescinded by Funding Lender Representative at any time <br />by subsequent written notice. Funding Lender Representative may be removed and a <br />successor appointed by a written notice in the form of Exhibit B hereto given by Funding
