<br /> <br />Fund Outlook: <br />The below graph assumes a continued property tax levy of $130,000 per year. As it can be noted it is <br />projected that sufficient fund are available to meet the current ten-year CIP. The CIP includes two large <br />purchases that are currently part of the Fire Department Vehicle Replacement Schedule. In 2027, the <br />Rescue/Utility Vehicles for $623,805 and in 2028 the Pumper for $988,256. <br /> <br /> <br />Storm Water Enterprise Fund (603) <br />Background: <br />The Storm Water Fund 603 has been implemented as a standalone enterprise fund at the beginning of <br />2024 and will be reported in the Financial Statements as its own fund. The City decided to add this fund <br />to identify and present separately all the projects that relate to stormwater management and <br />infrastructure for ease of tracking and to closely monitor stormwater infrastructure needs. Previously, <br />all the storm water CIP were expensed and recorded in the Infrastructure Capital Project Fund 450. <br /> <br />13
