Sign area shall be as allowed by the <br />table Section 916.050.E.5.c.4 of this Chapter. <br />d. Roof Signs. Roof signs established prior to the effective date of this Chapter shall <br />be considered conforming signs in these districts if they comply with the <br />following provisions: <br />(1) The City Building Official conducts an inspection of the sign and finds it <br />and any sign structure to be in good condition and not to be endangering <br />the public health, safety, and general welfare.
