<br />(4) The maximum sign height may be increased by one foot for each three feet
<br />of setback in addition to that prescribed in Section 916.050.4.c.3 of this
<br />Chapter, to a maximum of five additional feet in height.
<br />(5) Actual sign height is determined by lot grade or averaged with the grade of
<br />the road from which the sign gains its principal exposure.
<br />(6) On parcels which have a common property line with the right-of- way of
<br />limited access freeways, the maximum sign height shall be allowed to be
<br />30 feet regardless of the building size. Sign area shall be as allowed by the
<br />table Section 916.050.E.5.c.4 of this Chapter.
<br />d. Roof Signs. Roof signs established prior to the effective date of this Chapter shall
<br />be considered conforming signs in these districts if they comply with the
<br />following provisions:
<br />(1) The City Building Official conducts an inspection of the sign and finds it
<br />and any sign structure to be in good condition and not to be endangering
<br />the public health, safety, and general welfare.
