MINUTES <br />Council Meeting <br />June 22, 1983 <br />Approval Mr. Fahey introduced the followinq resolution and moved its <br />of Vouchers adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-6-273 - APPROVING THE <br />VOUCHERS. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Forsberg, Scalze and Nardini. <br />Nayes (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This reaolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 311. <br />Zoning Mr. Locke was requested to send letters to all the businesses <br />and concerning our revised sign ordinances with 30 days to comply. <br />Building <br />Parks Mrs. Scalze would like Mr. Chlebeck to check out the resolution <br />and reqarding to parking on Edgerton and to make sure it is only on <br />Recreation one side of the street. <br />Mrs. Scalze researched what we can use our park land dedication <br />funds for. The State law says any cash payments received should <br />be placed in a speciai fund by the Municipality, used only for <br />the purposes for which the money is obtained. Our special fund <br />is dedicated to land acquisition, land development, capitol <br />outlay for parks, etc. <br />Mrs. Scalze reported that we have youth tennis lessons this summer <br />for the first time. <br />Mrs. Scalze reported that the flowers in the park were donated by <br />Dave Frattalone and planted by the 4-H Club. Mr. Chlebeck will <br />write a letter of appreciation. <br />Conway~~ Mr. Sweeney explained that in 1981 the City of Little Canada <br />Property purchased 20 feet of the Conway property for Park St. on an <br />earnest money contract. The Conways have requested that this <br />be put in resolution form. <br />Page 11 <br />
