MINUTES <br />City Council <br />July 27, 1983 <br />Shoreland Pursuant to Section 922.020 F of the Municipal Code, a Public Hearing <br />District was held to consider the text amendment to the zoning code of the <br />Municipal Code of the City of Little Canada by adding Section 917 - <br />Shoreland District. <br />The document presented was Notice of Publication, Paqe 53 of the <br />agenda. No persons were present objecting to the amendment. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-7-314 - CLOSING THE <br />HEARING ON THE SHORELAND DISTRICT. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (4) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze and Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Paqe 342. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-7-315 - APPROVING <br />THE SHORELINE ORDINANCE N0. 214, <br />DELETING ALL REFERENCES TO BOA'P <br />HOUSES. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 901, <br />BEING AN AMBNDM~NT OF THB ZONING <br />ORDINANCE OF TFIE CITY OF LI'PTLE CANADA. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (4) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze and Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book NO. 9, Page 342. <br />The ordinance now goes to the DNR for approval. If they recommend <br />tihe ordinance iY. will come back to the Council. <br />Zero Lot The Council discussed zero-lot line with the City Planner. No <br />Line action was taken at this time. Mr, Licht recommended that this <br />could be handled on a PUD. <br />Paqe 10 <br />
