MINUT~S City Council July 27, 1983 Market Place The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. (Cont.) Ayes (4) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze and Nardini. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 338. Buse Mr. Willard Buse, 2994 Vanderbie appeared before the Council requesting Property a subdivision of his property located at the southeast corner of Division Vanderbie St. and Allen Ave. Mrs. 5calze introduced the followinq resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83-7-310 - APPROVING THE BUSE PROPERTY DIVISION. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs.Nardini. Ayes (4) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze and Nardini. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book NO. 9, Page 339. Canabury Mr. Carley presented a feasibility report for storm sewer, bituminous Petition surface and bituminous curb for Canabury Drive and Demont Ave. The following persons appeared before the Council representing the Canabury Condominium: Harland Rowland, June Bennett and Joe Bjanke. They have petitioned for this improvement but would like to have it put in withouti any assessments. The Council directed the City Engineer, Mr. Carley, to check with the County and Highway Engineers to see if they might contribute to the cost of this improvement. Dianna Lane Dennis Getter, 2457 Dianna Lane appeared before the Council on behalf Planter of four of the property owners on the smaller cul-de-sac of Dianna Proposal Lane requesting the approval of a center island planter 26 feeY in diameter to b~ constructed in the center of the cul-de-sac. The cost and maintenance would be born by the property owners. It would be appreciated if the City could contribuT.e labor to this project. Mr. Getter also requested that a street light be ordered for the cul-de-sac. Page S
