Denni.s rorsberg <br />P4r. ,Joseph Chlebeclc <br />Mr. Davi.d Licht <br />Mrs. Kathleen Gl.anzer <br />Si.gns Mr. 1'ahey pointed out that the City has had a moratorium in effect <br />on Che enforcement of the Sign Ordinance. The purpose of tonight's <br />meeti.ng i.s to consider the amendments proposed by the Ci.ty's <br />business community to the Sign Or.dinance. A Commi.Ctee was formed <br />in October of 1983 and consisted of. two Councilmembers and <br />representatives of. the business community. The recommendat:ions <br />before the Council were made by the CommitY.ee. <br />Mr. Pahey pointed ouC that any change to the ordinance wi11 require <br />a 4/Sth's vote of the Council. Pahey pointed out that there were <br />only three Councilmembers present at the meeti.ng. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the followinp, resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RIiSOLUTION N0.
