<br />Version 2022.1 Muni <br />3.9 Customer Education. The City shall notify all Customers at Residential Units about set-up, <br />service-related inquiries, complaint procedures, rates, regulations, and day(s) for scheduled Waste Material <br />collections. <br />3.10 Litter or Spillage. The Company shall not litter premises in the process of making <br />collections, but Company shall not be required to collect any Waste Material that has not been placed in <br />approved containers. During hauling, all Waste Material shall be contained, tied or enclosed so that leaking, <br />spillage or blowing is minimized. In the event of spillage by the Company, the Company shall be required to <br />clean up the litter caused by the spillage. <br />4. Other Collection Operations. <br /> <br /> 4.1 Separate Christmas Tree collection Service. The Company is required to provide <br />removal of (1) Christmas Tree free of tinsel, bag, and any other material that is not compostable. <br />Removal service shall be provided the 1st and 2nd first full weeks of the new year and Residents will <br />call Company to schedule pick up. <br /> <br /> 4.2 Food Scraps Pickup Program. The City may initiate the Washington Ramsey Food <br />Scraps pickup program during the term of the contract. <br /> <br /> 4.3 Walk-Up Service. Company agrees to provide walk-up trash collection service to disabled <br />residents for no additional charge. All such requests shall be reviewed by the City and upon approval, the City <br />shall notify the hauler. <br /> <br /> 4.3 Municipal Facilities Collection Requirements. <br />The Company shall provide collection service and disposal of refuse and yard waste from all City-owned <br />properties, including parks and the City’s Canadian Days Celebration, at no cost to the City during the term of <br />this Contract. This provision applies to the typical generation of waste and does not include extraordinary clean- <br />outs. Service levels may be changed upon mutual agreement between City and Company. <br />o Public Works Shop, 2950 Centerville Road <br />▪ Weekly trash (8 yard) <br />o Old Fire Hall, 440 Little Canada Road <br />▪ Weekly trash dumpster service (up to 6 yard) <br />o Spooner Park Lower Parking Lot, 350 Eli Road <br />▪ Year-round and weekly trash dumpster service (up to 8 yard) <br />o Yard waste roll-offs (any location) <br />▪ Usually, two in fall months at Spooner Park and City Hall for official City of Little <br />Canada use <br />o Little Canada Fire Department, 325 Little Canada Rd. <br />▪ Weekly trash (96 Gallon Cart) <br />o Canadian Days Festival (held the weekend before the first Monday in August) <br />▪ Annual service <br />▪ 3 – 30-yard dumpsters <br />▪ 100 cardboard trash boxes with liners (for entire weekend of festival) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
