CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NOS. 902, 903, 904 AND 905 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE AND ZONING CODE <br />REGARDING CANNABIS BUSINESS ZONING AND REGULATIONS <br /> <br />SECTION 1. SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section <br />412.191, in the case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy <br />of the entire ordinance is available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the <br />following summary is approved by the City Council and shall be published in lieu of <br />publishing the entire ordinance: <br /> <br />The ordinances amend Zoning Code Chapters 905 Commercial Districts, 906 Industrial <br />Districts, 904 Specific Development Requirements and adds new City Code Chapter 827 <br />relating to zoning and regulations for cannabis businesses. The full text of Ordinances <br />902-905 are available for inspection at Little Canada City Hall during regular business <br />hours or online in the December 18, 2024 City Council packet. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
