MINUTES <br />City Council <br />August 22, 1984 <br />Street Light <br />Ruth St. <br />Park Imp. 84-1 <br />Trails <br />Mr. Forsberg accepted the letter from Sheri Kantorowicz requesting <br />a street light on Ruth Street, and recommended that it be put on <br />the next agenda. <br />Mr. Forsberg introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-8-391 - ACCEPTING THE <br />BASE BID OF $6,775.00 FROM DAILY & SONS <br />BLACKTOPPING FOR IMPROVEMENT 54-1~ PARK <br />TRAILS. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze <br />Ayes (4) Hanson, Scalze, Nardini, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book NO. 11, Page 406. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-8-392 - REJECTING THE ALTERNATE <br />BID FOR EROSION CONTROL AND INSTRUCTING JIM <br />MORELAN TO GET SOME INFORMAL BIDS FROM SOME <br />LOCAL CONTRACTORS AND RETURN THEM TO THF COUNCIL. <br />BEER PERMIT <br />LCRA <br />The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />Ayes (4) Hanson, Scalze, Nardini, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No.11, Paqe 406. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RF.SOLUTION NO. 84-8-393 - ISSUING A 3.2 <br />BEER PERMIT FOR THE LITTLE CANADA RF.CREATION <br />ASSOCIATION FOR THE KITTENBALL TOURNAMPNT <br />ON SEPTEMBER 7, 8& 9~ 1984. <br />The foreqoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />Ayes (4) Hanson, Scalze, Nardini, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />RESOlution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page 407. <br />Page 11 <br />
