Mr. Fahey stated that he <br />felt the City should still fund the seni.or. citiz.en program. <br />Mrs. Nardini. poin[ed out that of the 236 ~eople who tire members ot <br />the 55 Plus Club, 126 are from I.,ittl.e Canada. <br />Mrs. Scalze felt that the City should fund the program to Che extent <br />ot the n~mber of inembers who are from I.ittLe Canada. <br />Mr, Fahey staCed that he quesCi.oned some of the items the c~ity has <br />been payin, ior with regard to mi.l.eage and drivi.ng people to and <br />f.rom chorus. Mrs. Nardin:i. pointed out that the chor.us si.ngs aY. <br />nursinp homes. <br />The Ci_ty Clerlc poi.nted out that Vadnais Ilei.~;hts has made no contributi.on <br />to the 55 PLus Cl.ub for the past Cwo years. Scalze fe1.t that Che <br />Ci.ty shoulc( not f:und for other than i.ts members, <br />Mr. Fahey stated that coith a club such as thi.s it is common to have <br />peopl.e f:rom outsi.de the City as members.
