MINUTES OF A SPECZAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTL~ CANADA~ MINNESOTA NOVEMBER 19, 1984 Pursuant to Section 204-C-.36 and 205.185 of the Minnesota Election Laws, a special meetinq of the Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 20th day oi November, 1984 at 4:35 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Center, 515 Little Canada Road in said City. MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr, Raymond Hanson Councilman Mr. Michael Fahey Councilman Mr, Dennis Forsberg MEMBERS ABSENT: Councilwoman Mrs. Mugs Nardini Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze ALSO PRESENT: Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck The Clerk reported to the Council the results of the second recount. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84-11-526 A RESOLUTION DECLARING TERMS OF OFFICE FOR THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA. MAYOR: MICHAEL FAHEY - 2 YEAR TERM COUNCIL: WILLIAM BLESENER - 4 YEAR TGRM COUNCIL: RICK COLLOVA - 4 YEAR TERM WHEREAS: The results of the second recount of the City Election were as follows: Mayor: Michael Fahey 2099 Council: William Blesener 1727 Rick collova 1311 Mugs Nardini 1310 Steven Hiland 551 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA: That Mr. Michael Fahey is and hereby declared Mayor of the City of Little Canada for a 2 year term from January 1, 1985 thru December 31, 1986. That Mr. William Blesener is and hereby declared Councilman of the City of Little Canada for a 4 year term from January 1, 1985 thru December 31, 1958. That Mr. Rick Collova is and hereby declared Councilman for the City of Little Canada for a 4 year term from January 1, 1985 thru December 31, 1988. The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. Ayes: (3) Fahey, Forsberg, Hanson.
