Marvi.n Lee Mr. Pahey reported t}.iat Mr. Marvin Lee has requested a reimbursement Assessment on the interest he has paid on an assessment. Reimbursement On Interest The City Attorney reported tha[ the i.nt.erest was charged under normal Request ci.rcumstances and as provided for under State Statute. liowever, the Ci.ty has the authori_ty to act on thi.s request if it wi.shes, but it Ap,enda may be settin.p, a precedent.
