Fahey stated that t:here was no reason to oppose this <br /> as long as it was a pe.rmi.tted use. <br />Mrs. Scal.ze aslced how the C:ity would feel i.f someone requested a <br />used car license i.n the ST.en~;er of:fice buildi.n~s. Scalze staCed <br />that she was ^oC in favor of used car lots on County Road C. <br />P9r. Gl.anzer reported that some cities, Rosevi.lle for example, do not <br />allow used car sales unless i.t is a part of a new car dealership. <br />Mr. Forsber~ did not feel the Ci.ty shoul.d restrict the use of the <br />bui.lding. Mrs. Scal.ze stated that there are a lot oF uses that could <br />go :in the building other than used car sales. <br />Mr. Pahey suggested that the Cler(c and Building Inspector study ~ohat <br />the surrounding comm~mi.ties do wi.th this issue. <br />Mrs. Sca1.2e felt that the Council should take pride in the City and <br />not all.o~a T.his. <br />Yage -9- <br />
