Ap,enda Addi.tion P1rs. Scalze pointed out that Che Ci.ty has mini-storage across the streeC from this property, but there are two residential homes as we11. Mr. Blesener su~gest:ed that the CiCy have no comment on t:he rezoning as the City :is neither for nor against the rezoning.
