Lais stated that he has not had Ci.me Co analqze the <br />(Cont.) Lee proposal to see how ~it eff.ects the Fsasciana property. it[r.Lais <br /> al.so stated that ,"4r. i~asci ana £eel.s thac the whol.e parcel. should <br /> be zoned c.omme.rci.al. along with Che prope:rty to the south. <br />Mr. Lai.s requested that the Council talce no acti.on on the Lee <br />pr.oposal unCil he has l~~ad time to 1001.< aC :i.t. I.~i.s also commented <br />f:hat the 1,000 Foot cul-de-sac is contrary Co Code and there i.s no <br />guarantee that the street would ever be looped as sho~on. <br />hir. Lziis a~lso stated that if the Lee proposal i.s approved, one of. <br />the condi.tions i.s that the deve].oper put in the road with the <br />cul-de-sac before ho i.s all.owed to get bu~i.ldi.ng permi.ts for the <br />industri.al porti.on of. F~ahey comment:ed that Mr. I,a~i.s's request to study [he proposal <br />is a reasonabl.e one~ because i.f: the Lee proposal is appr.ovecl as <br />sk~o~on, Mr. Pascizina woul.d be 1ef.t. wi.tki no al.ternative oCher t:han <br />R-1. devel.opment f:or hi.s propercy. <br />Mr. Lai.s staCed thaC his mini_mum request. i.s that he Ue granted <br />acidi.ti.onal. ti.me to stur.ly the eLf:ecCS of the proposal on the F'asci.ana <br />proper.t.y. <br />Mr. Lee stated t:hat where the outloC fits in makes no diff:¢rence to <br />him. <br />h(rs. Nard~i.ni stated that the Council could approve the concepC of <br />the Lee proposal so that Mr. I.,ee I<nows Che Eeel.inas of Che Counci.l. <br />Mr. Lee state<t that he would l.i.lce conce~t approval so that he Icnows <br />i.f he should proceed Lur.Cher wiCh the plan. <br />Mr. Lai.s ste.ited t:iiat another considerat~i.on i.s thaC Mr. Fasci.ana <br />may r.e<~uest thaY. the lots on the south si.de of Che street be large.r <br />to ensure a hinher quality development. <br />Mr. Ecl Nadeau espressed concern about Che adclitional traff~ic that this <br />development woul.d ;enerate on Nadeau itoad. Nadeai.~ was 11so concerned <br />that Conduit would become a commercial sCreet. <br />P1rs. Scal.ze pointed out that Conduit i_s not a resi.denti.al. strcet and <br />that Mr. Nadeau's prooerty on Conduit i.s not resi.dent.ial.ly zoned. <br />Mr. Fahey poi.nted out that i.f. the 7,och property went commercial, the <br />City could reqtaire thaC. it access f.rom South Owasso Bl.vd. Mr. Pathey <br />asked iS P4r. Aiade..vu objeceed to t:hi.,. <br />r4r.
