Scalze pointed out Chat the Council lcno~os what the Loch's want <br />to do with the property and asked the best coay to do t.his. 7'he Planner <br />sCatect that he felt the E3-3 zone wo~il.cl Ue most appropri.ate. The <br />Planner stated that Che l3-3 zonin~; would limi.t the "Loch's in case they <br />wanted to expand their house. <br />The Ci.ty Cl.erk sCatecl Chat at the time the east side of Conduit was <br />r.ezoned, it was Che concensus of the Counci.l that at some ti.me the <br />west si.de of Conduit could request another zonin~ other than R-1. <br />The Planner poinCed out that Lhe Comprehensive plan mentions I213 zonin~ <br />f.or ~aest of Condui.t, <br />Mrs. 7och pointed out that there are auto body businesses across the <br />street. <br />Mr. Fahey i.ntroduced the fol.lotoi.ng resoLuti.on and moved its ~dopti.on: <br />RGSOLUTION N0. F35-5-243 - CLOSING 'CH~ PUIILIC <br />HPARING ON T,HP. 'LO(;H RG%ONING REQUEST <br />The forep,oin~ resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) P'ahey, Nardini, 211esener, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolut:ion appears i.n ResoluCion .6ook No. 12, Yage 245, <br />Mr. Pahey stated that he was more in favor of RB zoning f:or Che 7,och <br />property and telt that more auto repair in the area coouLd cause a <br />problem. <br />Mrs. Zoch poinCed out that LighC Industrial zoning was r.c~cently mentioned <br />f.or their property.
