Fahey poi.nt:ed out thz~t thi.s matter di.d not go to the Planning <br />Commi.ssion. <br />Mrs. Scalze i.nfor.med Mr. Lee tl~at: ac thc t:ime his f;i.rst lot spl.it was <br />approved in 1980, Che CiCy was i.n the process oL putt~i.ng to~;ether a <br />new Code. Scalze poi.nted out that ttie proposed lot has no road <br />fronta~;e and Code requires 75 feet of Lrontage on an i.mproved public <br />street. <br />Mr. P'ahey i.nf.or.med Mr. Lee that the c~i.ty has den:i.ed similar requests <br />rand must try to develop consistency in Che City. ~Fahey poinCed out <br />that under. current Code, Che City woulti not I~~ive approved the lor <br />spliC thaC it did for ~9r.
