Scalze stated that in this case the <br />Parlc Commission is recommendiiig cash raCher tlian land. Scalae <br />reported thaC the ~roperty can eiCher be appraised, or Mr.. Del3ace <br />can submi.t his purchasc agreement and the parlc charge would be <br />5% of the purchase price. <br />Mr. Pat Collova expressed concern with the drainage problem in the <br />area and felt that this should be addressed. <br />Mr. Dei3ace commente<t that a lot of the properCy in Che area c(rains <br />into Y4r.
