Anderson i.s annexed to Little Canada, he <br />wi11 escape higher taxes because the City put the water system on <br />general taxati.on. kahey statect that he is willing to forgive that <br />to the extent that the City would add tax base. <br />The Clerk stated that i.f Anderson annexed [he City would gain debt <br />revenue and general fund revenue. <br />ScaLze did noC feel the Ci.ty sho~~l.c( pressure Maplewood to give us <br />land.
