Nardi.ni, <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Nardi.ni, P`ahey , I~lesener, Collova. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resoluti.on declared adopted. <br />Thi.s resol.ution appears i.n Resoluti.on Aool< No. 17_, Page 365. <br />At this poi.nt :in the meeting, 8:50 P.M., Counci.l took a short reces>. <br />kteeti.n~; was reconvened at F3;56 I',M. <br />Mr> Manes appeared betore the counci.l reyuesting the approval of the <br />cti.vision of. his property on LaRore Road. Mr. Manes wouicl li.lce co <br />divide one lot from h:is property. <br />Mr. Pahey poi.nted out that the I'lanner has raised the concern of the <br />f;utur.e development of the property and adjacent properties. <br />i~lr. Manes stated that he never had any intention of developing his <br />property and bou~6t a].arge ~iece of. proper.ty to ensure his pri.vacy. <br />Manes sold some of. the property to his rieighbor ilr. Ri.chie, who also <br />has no intention of developing. <br />iyr. Manes felt that i[ the btick of the property does develop, i.t <br />shoul.d develop from Mapl.ewood i.n conjunction w~i.Ch the PrattaLone <br />or Anderson property. <br />Scalze noted that Mr. Manes has his home for sal.e and someone could <br />buy the property with t:he int:entions of develo~in}; it. <br />Manes poi.n~ed ouG that uril.ess the property is developed from the baclc, <br />a Lift staCion would have Co be .Cnstalled for one lot along wiCh a <br />400 Eoot road. <br />Mr. Blesener ~.~sked wkio owned the government lot indicated on the maps. <br />Manes repii.ed that i.t ~~~as ac<{ui.red by the County f:or ponding and open <br />space. <br />Manes also i.nf:ormed the Coimcil that hlapl.ewood has i.ndzcat:ed that if <br />the Anderson property devel.oped, thc;y wotil.ct r.equ~i.re hi.m to put a road <br />Page -9- <br />
