Mr. Manes wouicl li.lce co <br />divide one lot from h:is property. <br />Mr. Pahey poi.nted out that the I'lanner has raised the concern of the <br />f;utur.e development of the property and adjacent properties. <br />i~lr. Manes stated that he never had any intention of developing his <br />property and bou~6t a].arge ~iece of. proper.ty to ensure his pri.vacy. <br />Manes sold some of. the property to his rieighbor ilr. Ri.chie, who also <br />has no intention of developing. <br />iyr.
