Jacobsen was concerned that the Council was always <br />putting down Ryan Industrial Park. <br />Mr. Biesener pointed ou[ that the property now being developed is <br />good land. <br />Mr< Pahey pointed out that the Planning Commission approved the auto <br />sales license for Steve Carlson contingent upon submission of a site <br />plan. <br />Agenda Mrs. Scalze asked i.f there would be cars sitt:ng out on the 1ot with <br />Item No. 12 prices on them. Carlson replied that there would not. The only <br />difference to the site would be that Carlson would have an office <br />in the building. <br />Mrs. Scalze commented that she would lilce it reElected in the mi.nutes <br />that Mr. Carlson has indicated that he will not be selli.ng cars on <br />the loti from the Ryan Park Location. Carlson commented that that is <br />correct. <br />Mr. I3lesener introduced the followin~ resolution and moved i.ts tidoption: <br />RESOLllTION N0. 85-9-463 - APPROVING TH~ CONDITIONAL <br />US~ PERMIT FOR STEVE CARLSON 'TO OYERATE AN AUTO <br />SALES FACILITY WITfIIN RYAN INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />The foregoi.ng resolution was ciuly seconded by Mrse Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Nardini, Pahey. <br />Nayes (0). Resoluti.on declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution 13ook No. 12, Page 479, <br />Mrs. Scalze pointed out that this is the last used car sales license <br />available in the City. <br />Page -17- <br />
