There are also not sure that they are interested in <br />a park on Che corner of Ruth and Demont, <br />Mr. Fahey commented that the City wants the property at Ruth and Demont. <br />Scalze stated that she would inform the Park Commission ttiat the CiCy <br />Council would like this for open space or a park and request that a <br />park plan be drawn for submission to the County. <br />Mrs. Scalze pointed out that the Car.dinal property would be subject <br />to a park charge if it develops< Pahey commented that this could be <br />incl.uded in the PUD Agreement, <br />City Center Mr. I3lesener ~ointed out that there is a shortage of space i.n the CiCy <br />Center. Blesener suggested that the Councilmembers begin to compile a <br />Agenda list o£ things that are needed i.n the Center, what they would like to <br />Addition see added, and what they would really like if an addition were put on. <br />Page -27- <br />
