MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Oct. 23, 1g85 <br />Cardinal PROJECT SUBJECT TO COMPLETION OF THE HOUSING <br />Property PLAN AND PROGRAM PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, <br />(Cont.) CHAPTER 462C, AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF HOOSING <br />REVENUE BONDS AND AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF <br />FINANCING PROGRAM FOR APPROVAL TO THE MINNESOTA <br />HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />PRCPARATION OF NECESSARY DOCOMENTS AND MATERIALS <br />IN CONNECTION WITH SAID PROJECT AND PROGRAM <br />The fore$oing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (4) Nardini, Collova, Fahey, Blesener. <br />Nayes (1) Scalze. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Pages 537 thru 540. <br />Blesener suggested that Rutzick look at a third office building <br />rather than a third apartment. Blesener suggested that the <br />bond amount be set to cover this possibility. <br />The City C1erk pointed out that in order to rezone the Winter <br />property a public hearing will have to be held. <br />Fahey felt that the public hearing for this could be set at a <br />later date. <br />Recess At this point in the meeting, 8:50 P.M., Council took a short <br />recess. The meeting was reconvened at 8:58 P.M. <br />Mr. Fahey pointed out that there is an additional resolution <br />covering the commercial facilities. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 85-10-516 - CALLING A PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON A PROPOSAL FOR A COMMERCIAL <br />FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT PROJECT PURSUANT <br />TO THE MINNESOTA MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL <br />DEVELOPMENT ACT AUTHORIZING THE PUBLICATION <br />OF A NOTICE OF THE HEARING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ms. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Nardini, Fahey, Blesener, Collova. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Pages 541 and 542. <br />yr.
