MINUTES City Council Oct. 23, 1g85 Cardinal PROJECT SUBJECT TO COMPLETION OF THE HOUSING Property PLAN AND PROGRAM PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, (Cont.) CHAPTER 462C, AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF HOOSING REVENUE BONDS AND AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF FINANCING PROGRAM FOR APPROVAL TO THE MINNESOTA HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY AND AUTHORIZING THE PRCPARATION OF NECESSARY DOCOMENTS AND MATERIALS IN CONNECTION WITH SAID PROJECT AND PROGRAM The fore$oing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. Ayes (4) Nardini, Collova, Fahey, Blesener. Nayes (1) Scalze. Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Pages 537 thru 540. Blesener suggested that Rutzick look at a third office building rather than a third apartment. Blesener suggested that the bond amount be set to cover this possibility. The City C1erk pointed out that in order to rezone the Winter property a public hearing will have to be held. Fahey felt that the public hearing for this could be set at a later date. Recess At this point in the meeting, 8:50 P.M., Council took a short recess. The meeting was reconvened at 8:58 P.M. Mr. Fahey pointed out that there is an additional resolution covering the commercial facilities. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 85-10-516 - CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSAL FOR A COMMERCIAL FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT PROJECT PURSUANT TO THE MINNESOTA MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT AUTHORIZING THE PUBLICATION OF A NOTICE OF THE HEARING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ms. Nardini. Ayes (5) Scalze, Nardini, Fahey, Blesener, Collova. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Pages 541 and 542. yr.
